Due to the personal and sensory nature of perfumes, all sales are final once opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

Upon verification, we will ensure a suitable resolution.

Items returned without original packaging or beyond the stated window cannot be accepted.
